[image of property] In general, the Friends of Hamilton Square support the conversion of an office to residential self-contained flats, but the designs must be practical, preserve our important Georgian Heritage, and not lead to future problems.
Unfortunately, we found the submitted proposals could compromise the structural integrity of this Listed building; lead to domestic waste being left on Hamilton Square; and may have fire safety issues.
Therefore, FHSCA have raise Objection to granting Listed Building Consent to this proposal.
